Banners
It was customary for church choirs to carry and display their church banners during the Feast Sings of the past, so we decided to make our own.
During 6 silk painting workshops with Tony Wade of Edgelands Arts, the U3A, 101st Huddersfield Guides, Holmfirth Festival Supporters and community hand painted 3 beautiful banners.

Depicting the landscape of the Holme Valley as seen by the returning Swallow each year, the banners were held by local volunteers during the event and framed the singers at Sing Holmfirth! 2018.
